Paradise becomes first integrated resort group to adopt ChatGPT Enterprise, accelerating AI transformation

Paradise Group said Friday it has adopted ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI's generative AI productivity platform for businesses, through LG CNS.

ChatGPT Enterprise is an enterprise solution designed to enhance work efficiency and productivity within a company's data protection and management framework. It supports a range of knowledge-based tasks, including data analysis, document drafting and idea development.

Paradise Group said it focused on building an integrated management and security framework at the group level, applying consistent security policies and management standards across its affiliates to give employees a safe environment in which to use generative AI for work.

The group also conducted training ahead of the rollout. In July, it ran a six-week advanced course on an "optimized agent process" aimed at analyzing repetitive tasks to improve productivity. In September, it held six information sessions to walk employees through key features, security policies and the direction of the adoption.

"We will analyze how employees are using AI and identify best practices to spread them across the organization, continuing our AI transformation-driven development toward innovation in work methods and productivity gains," a company official said.
