Gyeongbuk Health University holds 3rd President's Cup Park Golf Tournament

Gyeongbuk Health University announced Monday that it recently held the 3rd President's Cup Park Golf Tournament at Seongju Chamoe Park Golf Course.

The tournament was held as part of the 2026 academic year's Regional Innovation-Centered University Support System (RISE) project, with current students and graduates of the North Gyeongsang Province Citizens' Happiness University honorary master's degree program taking part.

The event opened with a ceremony before moving into the main competition, where participants played an 18-hole round and team finals, competing while building camaraderie among fellow players.

"This tournament was a meaningful occasion for alumni and current students who learned together to reconnect and engage with the local community," university President Lee Eun-jik said. "We will continue to expand lifelong education and a healthy community culture centered on the university and rooted in the region."
