Daegu Cyber University signs exchange agreements with three North Gyeongsang institutions to boost lifelong education

Daegu Cyber University signed mutual exchange agreements with Gyeongbuk Yeonggwang School, Yeongcheon Papaya and Yeongcheon Palace on May 28, establishing a cooperative framework to promote lifelong education in the community and expand educational support for people with disabilities.

The participating institutions agreed to collaborate across a range of areas — including education, research and public outreach — to advance regional educational development and broaden the foundation for lifelong learning.

Under the agreements, the institutions will jointly conduct research and co-host academic seminars, cooperate on developing training programs, and provide industry-academic scholarships through Daegu Cyber University for employees and their families at Gyeongbuk Yeonggwang School, Yeongcheon Papaya and Yeongcheon Palace.

"Through this agreement, we will expand the lifelong education support system for people with disabilities and local residents," Daegu Cyber University President Lee Geun-yong said. "We will continue to pursue a wide range of educational cooperation projects as a university that grows alongside the community."
