On third day of Korea visit, Jensen Huang heads to Gangnam PC bangs for back-to-back meetings with Krafton, NCsoft chiefs

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang is set to make back-to-back stops at two PC bangs near Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam-gu on Sunday, the third day of his South Korea visit, meeting separately with Krafton Chairman Chang Byung-gyu and NCsoft CEO Kim Taek-jin. It is the second time during his trip that Huang has chosen a PC bang as a meeting venue, having done the same on his first day in the country.

According to the gaming industry, Huang will first meet Chang that afternoon at Optimum Zone PC Cafe's Sinnonhyeon Station branch in Gangnam-gu. Krafton Chief AI Officer Lee Kang-wook and PUBG: Battlegrounds director Jang Tae-seok are also expected to attend.

The talks are expected to cover cooperation in physical AI development and hardware, including Nvidia's RTX Spark PC lineup. Krafton will also hold an influencer event at the same venue for PUBG YouTubers and online broadcasters.

After wrapping up with Krafton, Huang will cross the street to Portal PC Bang for a meeting with NCsoft CEO Kim Taek-jin. The two are expected to discuss cooperation in gaming and AI and plan to hold a brief event with fans gathered at the venue.

NCsoft will host a "Surprise Live" event at the PC bang that day, with key developers of its massively multiplayer online role-playing game Aion 2 on hand to walk users through upcoming update plans. Huang and Kim are also expected to appear together on the Aion 2 live stream.

Earlier in his visit, Huang stopped at T1 Basecamp, a large PC bang near Hongdae Station in Mapo-gu, immediately after landing at Gimpo Airport on Friday — his first scheduled stop in Korea. There he met with T1's roster, including League of Legends star Faker, whose real name is Lee Sang-hyeok, and personally handed Faker an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card. On the second day of his visit, Huang sat down with SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo and Naver Chairman Lee Hae-jin over samgyeopsal and soju in Hongdae.
