Ilsin Construction to launch pre-sales of Icheon Humanvill Class One in Galsan-dong next month

Ilsin Construction plans to launch pre-sales of Icheon Humanvill Class One in Galsan-dong, one of Gyeonggi Province's most sought-after residential neighborhoods, in July.

According to the company, the complex will be built at 572-1 Galsan-dong, Icheon, Gyeonggi Province. It will comprise eight buildings rising from two below-ground floors to 26 above-ground floors, with a total of 536 units — all configured as a single exclusive use area of 84 square meters, a floor plan that has proven popular with buyers.

Ilsin Construction previously demonstrated the construction quality and residential value of its Humanvill brand through Icheon Humanvill Edupark City, delivered through the Sado District 2 urban development project.

The Galsan-Jeungpo area where the complex will be located is the most preferred urban residential zone in Icheon.

Galsan-dong has earned a reputation as Icheon's answer to Daechi-dong, known for its strong education environment. Hannaecho Elementary School, Jeungpo Middle School and Ihyeon High School are all within walking distance of the complex, and the area sits adjacent to the dense hagwon corridors of Galsan-dong and Jeungpo-dong. Icheon Science High School, which will accommodate 300 students, is on track to open in 2030.

The complex also offers strong transport links. Residents will have easy access to the Yeongdong Expressway's Icheon interchange and the Jungbu Expressway's Seo-Icheon interchange, while Seongnam-Icheon Road provides convenient connections to major Greater Seoul destinations including Seongnam, Yongin, Gwangju and Yeoju. Gyeongchung-daero and Iseobcheon-daero further ease travel within Icheon.

The Gyeonggang Line's Icheon Station and Icheon Bus Terminal are also readily accessible. Rail connectivity is expected to improve further with the planned GTX-D line and the proposed Dongtan–Bubal rail link.

Nearby amenities include E-mart and Lotte Mart hypermarkets, as well as the old downtown commercial district. The Gyeonggi Provincial Medical Center Icheon Hospital, Icheon City Hall, a court and Icheon Art Hall are all close by. SK Hynix's Icheon campus — the economic engine of the city — is about a 15-minute drive away, and commuting to major employers such as OB Beer and HiteJinro is also convenient.

Drawing on experience gained from Icheon Humanvill Edupark City, Ilsin Construction will introduce specialized community facilities typically found only in large-scale complexes. The development will feature Icheon's first in-complex multi-gym lounge, a half-court indoor sports facility. A kids gym and kids lounge, an edu lounge, a golf lounge and a sports lounge will also be included. On the landscaping side, a Humanvill Lounge will connect two parks spanning a combined 6,928 square meters.

"Building on the proven product quality and residential value of Icheon Humanvill Edupark City, we plan to deliver an even more refined product at the very heart of Icheon," a pre-sales official said. "At a time when new apartment pre-sale prices are surging nationwide, we intend to set prices at a reasonable level for our customers."

The model home for Icheon Humanvill Class One will be located in the Anheung-dong area of Icheon, Gyeonggi Province.

Meanwhile, Gyeonggi Province named Ilsin Construction one of its outstanding apartment contractors for 2025.
