Xi S&D disclosed June 9 that it signed a contract with Jeongang D&C for a mixed-use residential and commercial construction project in Jungdong, Haeundae-gu, Busan.
The contract is valued at 141.1 billion won (approximately $91.3 million), equivalent to 10.17 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
