GS Construction launches pre-sales for 'Buk-Osan Xi De Foret' apartment complex

GS Construction will open a model home for its "Buk-Osan Xi De Foret" apartment complex Saturday, kicking off the official pre-sale schedule.

The complex will comprise 11 buildings ranging from two basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,517 units for general pre-sale. The breakdown by exclusive use area is: 233 units at 59 square meters, 307 units at 74 square meters, 756 units at 84 square meters, 218 units at 99 square meters, two penthouse units at 124 square meters and one penthouse unit at 125 square meters. The complex will form a Xi brand town together with "Buk-Osan Xi Rivable City" (1,275 units), which was supplied in the same zone's A1 block in January.

The subscription schedule opens with a special supply Monday, followed by first-priority subscriptions for local residents Tuesday and second-priority subscriptions Wednesday. Successful applicants will be announced June 30, with contract signings scheduled for July 13–15.

Buk-Osan Xi De Foret sits in the Naesammi 2 zone, adjacent to the Buk-Osan interchange on the Seoul Metropolitan Ring Expressway, providing convenient access to major Greater Seoul destinations including Seoul, Suwon and Yongin. The location also offers easy commutes to major industrial and business districts such as Samsung Electronics' Giheung and Hwaseong campuses, Dongtan Techno Valley and the Osan Gajang General Industrial Complex.

The complex shares residential infrastructure with Dongtan new town and Osan. Residents will have access to key amenities in the Dongtan area, including Lotte Department Store Dongtan, Traders Wholesale Club Dongtan and Hallym University Dongtan Sacred Heart Hospital. Nearby natural surroundings — including the Pilbongsan trail, Osan Stream, the Gyeonggi Provincial Mulhyangi Arboretum and Dongtan Lake Park — live up to the complex's name, "De Foret," meaning "embracing the forest."

Buk-Osan Xi De Foret is designed primarily with south-facing flat-plate layouts and offers 1.5 parking spaces per household.

The complex's exclusive community facility, "Club Xi-an," features a golf practice range with GDR technology, a fitness center and other sports facilities, as well as a sauna, a small library and a guesthouse.

"Buk-Osan Xi De Foret, together with Buk-Osan Xi Rivable City, will complete a Xi brand town of approximately 2,800 units, significantly enhancing convenience for residents and establishing itself as the defining apartment complex of the area," a GS Construction pre-sales official said.

Meanwhile, GS Construction posted preliminary first-quarter sales of 2.4005 trillion won (approximately $1.57 billion) and operating profit of 73.5 billion won.
