Enex announced June 9 it will acquire 34,270 shares, or a 6.67% stake, in Dermatobio through a third-party allotment rights offering.
The acquisition is valued at 2.00003 billion won (approximately $1.32 million), equivalent to 4.87% of the company's equity capital.
The company said the investment was aimed at "building a shareholding position and generating business synergies."
