The Seoul Metropolitan Government convened a personnel committee Monday and confirmed six officials for promotion to Grade 3 (director-general level), effective July 1. They include Kang Gyeong-hun, head of planning; Cho Hye-jeong, head of the economic policy division; and Choi Seon-hye, head of the finance division.
The city also named Kang Seong-pil, head of the public development division; Kim Seong-gi, head of the urban spatial strategy division; and Kim Dong-gu, head of the residential improvement division as additional Grade 3 promotion candidates.
Kang Gyeong-hun entered the city government through the Grade 7 open competitive exam, Cho Hye-jeong through the national administrative exam, and Choi Seon-hye through a Grade 7 special recruitment process.
