Sixteen reserved units at Indukwon Pursviel in Uiwang, Gyeonggi Province are being put up for sale.
The complex drew an average competition ratio of 11 to 1 and a peak ratio of 29 to 1 during its general pre-sale in 2023, with all priority contracts subsequently completed.
The Naeson-ra zone housing redevelopment project association recently posted a sale notice for the 16 reserved units on the Public Procurement Service's online marketplace and its own website, formally opening the bidding process.
Reserved units refer to homes that a redevelopment or reconstruction association sets aside during the project process. The 16 units on offer break down by exclusive use area as follows: two units at 49 square meters, eight at 59 square meters, three at 74 square meters and three at 84 square meters.
Bidding runs from Sunday through Thursday at the association's office at 301, 11 Botdeul 1-ro, Uiwang, Gyeonggi Province.
Bids will be opened from 4 p.m. Thursday onward, with winners selected through an open highest-price competitive bidding process by unit. Contracts will be signed over two days, June 29 and June 30.
Successful bidders may move in within the designated move-in period after paying the remaining balance.
Unlike a standard apartment subscription, the reserved-unit bidding process requires no housing subscription account, and anyone aged 19 or older may participate regardless of their place of residence.
Indukwon Pursviel comprises 14 buildings ranging from four below-ground floors to 34 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,180 units.
Nearby schools include Naeson Elementary School, Naedong Elementary School, Baegun Middle School and Baegun High School, with access to the Pyeongchon hagwon district as well. The complex is also close to Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, New Core Outlet, an agricultural and fishery market, Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital and the Hagui Stream waterfront park.
In terms of transport, residents can use Indukwon Station on subway Line 4. The GTX-C line, the Wolgot–Pangyo line and the Dongtan–Indukwon line are also under development.
Within the complex, amenities include a central plaza called Grand Vista, a Grand Forest green space, water features, gardens and themed playgrounds.
Community facilities include a fitness center, a group exercise room, a golf practice range, screen golf, a sauna, a small library, a reading room and a kids' cafe.
