Singer and broadcaster Brian has shared an update on his recovery.
Brian posted on his social media Monday, writing "I'm finally discharged," alongside a photo.
The photo showed Brian taking a selfie with a bright smile.
Earlier, on June 17, Brian told fans he had been suffering from headaches and cold sweats for three days straight. He added that his temperature had dropped slightly but that his symptoms had not improved, and that he planned to check into a hospital — a disclosure that drew concern from fans.
Brian was subsequently admitted to a university hospital, where he underwent blood tests, a urine test and a CT scan. He did not disclose a specific diagnosis, however.
Brian debuted in 1999 as a member of the duo Fly To The Sky. More recently, he built a wide following through his YouTube channel "Cheongso-gwang Brian" (Brian the Clean Freak), where he showcased his tidy personality and sharp wit. Riding a second wave of popularity through variety shows and YouTube, he continues to share glimpses of his daily life on his personal channel and engage actively with fans.
