Mgame Corp. disclosed Friday it will acquire 503,778 of its own shares on the open market.
The buyback is valued at 2 billion won ($1.29 million), with the acquisition period running from June 29 through Sept. 28.
"We plan to cancel the repurchased shares as part of a shareholder return policy aimed at enhancing corporate value," the company said.
