Xi S&D disclosed Wednesday it has signed a contract with Sinchon A10 PFV for a mixed-use residential and commercial construction project in the Mapo District 3-3 zone.
The contract is valued at 119.5 billion won ($77.2 million), equivalent to 8.61 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
