Sehan's 'Asan Mojong Sehan Idaeum Noblesse' draws attention amid Samsung's W140tr investment pledge

The Asan Mojong Sehan Idaeum Noblesse, an apartment complex under pre-sale in Block A1 of the Mojong Saetdeul district in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, is drawing growing attention.

According to Sehan Co. on Tuesday, Samsung recently announced plans to invest a total of 140 trillion won ($91.4 billion) in the Chungcheong region at a public briefing on the area's advanced-industry development vision, held in Asan.

Asan has emerged as the primary beneficiary of the investment, given the significant presence of Samsung Display and Samsung Electronics facilities in the city. The new apartment complex, located close to Samsung worksites, has also been drawing considerable interest.

The Asan Mojong Sehan Idaeum Noblesse will comprise 1,079 units across 10 buildings, rising from 2 below-ground floors to 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive use areas of 59, 84, 101 and 154 square meters.

The complex is about a seven-minute drive from Samsung Display's Asan campus and offers easy access to Samsung Electronics' Onyang plant, Hyundai Motor Company's Asan factory and nearby industrial complexes.

The development also benefits from a strong education environment, with Sinri Elementary School and Mojong Middle School within walking distance. Nearby lifestyle amenities include Lotte Mart, E-mart, Asan City Hall, Asan Medical Center, Chungmu Park and the Gokgyocheon stream.

Some buildings in the complex feature piloti designs to enhance openness. Community facilities include a lawn plaza, water features, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a sauna, a golf practice range, a sky lounge, a guesthouse and a daycare center.

"All unit types with an exclusive use area of 84 square meters have been fully contracted, and first-come, first-served pre-sales are currently under way for the remaining units," a pre-sale official said. "The mid-sized 101-square-meter type is available at pre-sale prices in the 500 million won range, and interest from end-users and investors remains strong as there are no resale restrictions or residency requirements."

Meanwhile, the housing exhibition hall for the Asan Mojong Sehan Idaeum Noblesse operates on a reservation-only basis, with move-in scheduled for September 2028.
