Hoban Construction is opening a model home for Hoban Summit Pungmu III in the Gimpo Pungmu transit-oriented area and launching pre-sales.
The company said Thursday it will open the model home for Hoban Summit Pungmu III — located in Block B4 of the Gimpo Pungmu transit-oriented area at 458 Sau-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province — on Friday.
Hoban Summit Pungmu III is the third and final complex Hoban Construction is introducing in the Pungmu transit-oriented area. Once Block B4 is developed, following the earlier Block B5 project Hoban Summit Pungmu and the Block C5 project Hoban Summit Pungmu II, the Hoban Summit brand town will be complete at a total of 2,577 units.
The complex will consist of eight buildings ranging from two below-ground floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 660 units in exclusive use areas of 59 and 84 square meters. The unit breakdown is 130 units of type 59A, 108 of type 59B, 178 of type 84A, 103 of type 84B, 65 of type 84C and 76 of type 84D. The complex is centered on small-to-mid-sized units that tend to attract strong demand from end-users.
The apartment subscription schedule opens with special supply on July 20, followed by first-priority subscriptions on July 21 and second-priority on July 22. Successful applicants will be announced on July 28, with formal contracts running from Aug. 10 through Aug. 12. A price ceiling on new apartments applies, and move-in is scheduled for May 2029.
Location is also cited as a strength. The complex is about a five-minute walk from Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Goldline, offering access to Seoul's Gangseo and Yeouido areas via Gimpo Airport Station. The complex is also expected to gain double transit-oriented status in the future, as the Seoul Metro Line 5 extension to Gimpo and Geomdan has cleared its final preliminary feasibility review.
Road access is set to expand as well. The complex will have access to central Seoul business districts via Gimpo Hangang-ro and Gimpo-daero, and wider road infrastructure including the Punggok and Yeongsajeong interchanges is also slated for expansion.
The complex also offers strong educational access. Among nearby developments in the Pungmu transit-oriented area, Hoban Summit Pungmu III sits closest to sites designated for a kindergarten, an elementary school and a middle school. A safe school commute route equipped with CCTV cameras, emergency bells and projectors is planned for an approximately 300-meter stretch between adjacent complexes.
Community amenities will include a fitness center, an indoor golf practice range, a kids cafe and a daycare center. The kids cafe is set to feature an extended-reality indoor play content room.
Smart residential services will also be introduced, including a smart play zone, a Kyobo Book Centre digital library, smart remote health management, a healthcare smart mirror, the complex-wide integrated platform Hoban ON, parking navigation and a car care reservation service.
"Hoban Summit Pungmu III is the last apartment complex in the Gimpo Pungmu transit-oriented area and the project that completes the 2,577-unit Hoban Summit brand town," a Hoban Construction pre-sales official said. "With its Block B4 location close to educational facilities, a safe school commute route, child-focused community amenities and pleasant landscaping, we expect strong interest from families looking for a home to live in."
Meanwhile, the first-priority subscription for Hoban Summit Pungmu II held on June 2 drew 3,072 applications for 533 units in the general supply — excluding special supply — recording an average competition ratio of 5.76 to 1.
