Ottogi launches Dongdaemun-style whole chicken kalguksu ramyun

Ottogi announced Tuesday the launch of its Dongdaemun-style whole chicken kalguksu ramyun.

The product draws on a chicken broth base enriched with the savory depth of vegetables and seasoned with garlic and pepper. The noodles were developed to the standard of a specialty kalguksu restaurant, giving them a soft yet chewy texture.

"We will continue to bring the appeal of local flavors from across the country and K-food to consumers through convenient meal options, offering an ever wider range of culinary experiences," a company official said.
