Nongshim brings Shin Ramyun Rosé lasagna to Seoul restaurant for a month

Nongshim announced Wednesday that its fourth collaboration under the "2026 Nongshim Myeonga" culinary project will feature a special menu using Shin Ramyun Rosé at SAM SAM SAM, an American dining restaurant in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

SAM SAM SAM is run by owner-chef Kim Hun, who trained at a Michelin three-star restaurant. The collaboration dish, "Rosé Lasagna with Shin Ramyun Rosé," reimagines the restaurant's signature lasagna using Shin Ramyun Rosé. The dish draws its deep umami from the product's "K-rosé" soup base — a blend of tomato, cream and gochujang.

The limited-edition menu will be available at SAM SAM SAM's flagship location in Yongsan-gu from Wednesday through Aug. 13. Customers who order the special dish will receive a complimentary pack of Shin Ramyun Rosé.

"We will continue to showcase the endless versatility of Nongshim ramyun through synergies with popular dining destinations via the Nongshim Myeonga project," a Nongshim official said.
