A joint police-prosecution investigative team (chief Kim Tae-hun) probing violations of voting rights during the June 3 local elections executed a search and seizure warrant Monday at the National Election Commission over allegations that former NEC Chairman Noh Tae-ak and commission staff took junket trips at public expense.
