Krafton posted second-quarter operating profit of 410.9 billion won ($280 million), up 67 percent from a year earlier, the company disclosed Wednesday.
Revenue for the same period came in at 1.29 trillion won, a preliminary figure reflecting a 94.9 percent increase year-on-year.
The company swung to a net loss of 29.9 billion won for the quarter.
