Daehan Steel disclosed Friday that its second-quarter consolidated operating profit rose 117.3 percent year-on-year to 16.29 billion won ($11.3 million).
Revenue for the same period grew 19.2 percent to 387.73 billion won.
Net profit for the period fell 14.6 percent to 8.87 billion won, according to preliminary figures.
