F&F reported consolidated operating profit of 86.5 billion won ($60 million) for the second quarter, up 2.9 percent from a year earlier, according to a regulatory filing Friday.
Revenue for the same period rose 5.5 percent to 399.62 billion won.
Net profit for the period came to 72.99 billion won, a preliminary figure reflecting a 16.5 percent increase from a year earlier.
