Daewoo Engineering & Construction disclosed Tuesday that its second-quarter consolidated operating profit rose 182.6 percent year-on-year to 232.3 billion won ($162 million).
Revenue for the same period fell 10.1 percent to 2.04 trillion won, according to preliminary figures.
Net profit for the period came in at 167.2 billion won, swinging to a profit from a loss a year earlier.
