Gaeasoft disclosed Tuesday it will buy back 1,265,823 of its own shares on the open market to stabilize its share price and enhance shareholder value.
The planned acquisition is valued at 10 billion won ($6.99 million), with the buyback period running from Wednesday through Nov. 4.
