Samsung Securities said Tuesday its second-quarter consolidated operating profit rose 119 percent from a year earlier to 675.79 billion won ($473 million).
Revenue for the same period climbed 111.6 percent to 9.66 trillion won.
Net profit for the period came to 488.22 billion won, up 108.1 percent, according to preliminary figures.
