Samsung Fire reported second-quarter consolidated operating profit of 885.33 billion won ($626 million), up 9.1% from a year earlier, according to a regulatory filing Thursday.
Revenue for the same period fell 5.8% to 6.46 trillion won.
Net profit for the period came to 738.74 billion won, a preliminary figure reflecting a 15.7% increase from a year earlier.
