SK Group is also accelerating data center investment in line with growing global AI demand. Plans call for building 15 GW of AI data center capacity at key locations nationwide, including an Ulsan project with Amazon Web Services in which SK Ecoplant is participating.

SK Ecoplant is also expanding its semiconductor and AI data center capabilities in line with the group's "AI full-stack" strategy — an approach that integrates every layer needed to deliver AI services, from infrastructure and hardware to platform.

The company plans to expand its role in EPC and infrastructure across semiconductor materials, fabrication factories and AI data centers, using that broader footprint to build a stronger pipeline of future AI data center orders.
