Tesla test-drive vehicle crashes into IFC Mall sign in Yeouido, injuring 3

A Tesla test-drive vehicle crashed into a sign at IFC Mall in Yeouido, Seoul, at around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Three people in the vehicle sustained minor injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.

According to Yonhap, the vehicle struck the sign immediately after exiting a parking lot near the Tesla Yeouido store.

The vehicle was not in autonomous driving mode at the time.

"No signs of drunk or drug-impaired driving were found," a police official said, adding that investigators would need to examine more closely whether the crash resulted from driver error.
