Jun Ji-hyun's unseen wedding-year photos surface after 14 years

Previously unseen photos of actor Jun Ji-hyun (44), taken the year she married, have surfaced 14 years later.

Photographer Kim Bo-ha recently shared on his official social media account images from a 2012 fashion shoot he did with Jun for Elle magazine, including photos that had never been released to the public.

In the 14-year-old images, a 31-year-old Jun looks exactly as audiences remember her — radiant and timeless. She displays a range of looks across different dresses, hairstyles and expressions, and viewers have noted that the photos feel anything but dated.

Online commenters reacted warmly. "A masterpiece moves you even when you already know the ending," one wrote. Others added, "I knew she was beautiful, but wow, she really is," and "After seeing so many older brides lately, these photos make me wonder how she could look so young."

Born in 1981, Jun married Choi Jun-hyuk, chief executive of Alpha Asset Management, in 2012. The couple, who are the same age, have two sons.
