A tailored travel package has been launched for professional basketball fans to watch their team play in Japan and interact with players in person.
NOL, operated by Nol Universe, announced Wednesday the release of a fan tour package — under its "Basketball Holic" brand — that takes participants to a Seoul Samsung Thunders preseason away game in Japan and includes an exclusive session with the team. The package is called the "[Basketball Holic] Hiroshima 3-Day Away Game Fan Tour" and features reserved seating at the venue and a private fan meeting.
The tour is part of NOL's special-interest tourism brand catering to sports fandom and departs Sept. 13 for a two-night, three-day itinerary. Participants will watch the Seoul Samsung Thunders take on the Hiroshima Dragonflies of Japan's B League in a preseason matchup at Hiroshima Sun Plaza Hall.
Bookers receive exclusive seats in section A12, directly behind the away team's bench. After the game, a private fan meeting session with the Seoul Samsung Thunders roster will be held, featuring individual photo opportunities, an autograph session and commemorative gifts.
The itinerary includes round-trip Jeju Air flights on the Incheon-Hiroshima direct route, two nights at Hotel Mystays Hiroshima Peace Park in the city center, and a dedicated shuttle bus to and from the arena. Outside the game schedule, participants have free time to explore Hiroshima landmarks including Miyajima and the Peace Memorial Park.
