SSG.com announced Monday it will hold a "Living Ssug Sale" through Aug. 30, offering discounts of up to 77 percent on furniture, bedding, kitchenware and household goods.
The sale features a daily time-deal promotion selling two items at limited-quantity special prices, for a total of 14 products over the event period. Among the highlights, an AMT Pro Line frying pan (22 cm) will be available at 89,000 won ($64), a 77 percent markdown. Bedding and kitchen brands including Fissler, Tefal, Tempur and Glasslock will also be offered at special prices.
The sale also targets demand for autumn home refreshes and the chuseok holiday season. Parfait by Allermuir comforters will be discounted by up to 70 percent, while Le Creuset kitchenware will be marked down by up to 60 percent.
SSG.com's in-house live commerce channel, Ssug Live, will air five sessions during the event, featuring special-price broadcasts for major brands including LG Household laundry detergent (Monday), Simmons (Tuesday), Jacomo (Wednesday) and Casamia (Thursday).
The company will also issue unlimited discount coupons — up to 12 percent off for use on E-mart Mall and Shinsegae Mall, and up to 10 percent off on Shinsegae department store Mall products. Shoppers who spend 50,000 won or more with a participating card will receive an 8 percent billing discount.
