Nonsan Prugio the First, sold out early, begins move-ins Monday

Nonsan Prugio the First, completed Tuesday, will begin welcoming residents Monday. The designated move-in period runs approximately two months from Monday.

Daewoo Engineering & Construction built the complex in Ansim-ri, Yeonmu-eup, Nonsan. It comprises six buildings rising from two basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, with 433 units ranging from 84 to 103 square meters in exclusive use area. At 29 stories, it stands as the tallest building in Nonsan and has become a landmark on the local skyline.

Pre-move-in inspections held ahead of completion drew consistently positive feedback from future residents, who praised the complex's landscaping, interior finishes and community facilities. Visitors expressed strong satisfaction with the construction quality — the product of Daewoo Engineering & Construction's specialized design approach — and the pleasant environment throughout the complex, and made little effort to hide their excitement about moving in.

Nonsan Prugio the First sold out all 433 apartments early, driven by its premium brand recognition and strong product appeal. Retail units within the complex also sold out ahead of schedule, buoyed by steady demand from future residents and confidence in the development's long-term value, cementing its status as the most sought-after complex in the area.

Every unit faces primarily south, and floor plans of four bays or more maximize natural light and ventilation, while large walk-in closets, multipurpose rooms and pantries provide generous storage. The grounds feature Prugio's signature "Greenery Studio" landscaping concept, a rock garden, a water-play area for children and walking paths, along with a full suite of community amenities including a fitness center, golf club, study room and daycare center.
