Xi S&D disclosed Friday it has signed a contract with Jinjeop Urban Development for an apartment construction project in Jinjeop District 4.
The contract is valued at 281.7 billion won ($203 million), equivalent to 20.3 percent of the company's 2025 sales.
The contract period is 36 months from the ground-breaking date.
