Hyundai Engineering opens 2026 new hire recruitment

Hyundai Engineering announced Friday that it is accepting applications for its 2026 new hire recruitment through Sept. 9.

The company is recruiting across 10 fields: construction management, sales, design, asset management, safety, quality, procurement, finance, strategic planning and human resources.

The selection process consists of a document screening, an online competency test and interviews, conducted in that order. Each stage is evaluated independently, with no carry-over of results from previous stages.

Applicants must hold a four-year university degree or be expecting to graduate, and must have a valid score from an officially recognized English proficiency test — TOEIC, TOEIC Speaking or OPIc — obtained within two years of the recruitment announcement date. Candidates must also have no disqualifying conditions for overseas assignments.

Foreign applicants must have graduated from, or be expecting to graduate from, a four-year university in South Korea, hold a TOPIK score of Level 5 or above, and have no obstacles to obtaining a visa for employment in the country.

Meanwhile, Hyundai Engineering recently absorbed Korea Electric Vehicle Charging Service through a merger, positioning itself for mid- to long-term growth in the domestic electric vehicle charging market.
