Cheong Wa Dae has rejected Chief Justice Jo Hee-dae's nominations for Supreme Court justice and called for a fresh submission. Jo is now expected either to re-nominate one of the previously recommended candidates or to reconstitute the Supreme Court Justice Candidate Recommendation Committee and restart the selection process.
