STraffic disclosed Wednesday that it has signed a share buyback trust agreement worth 3 billion won ($2.19 million) with Samsung Securities.
The contract runs through March 1, 2027.
The company said the buyback was intended "to implement its corporate value enhancement plan and increase shareholder value."
