Incheon's Seoknam District 1 has been designated as a cadastral resurvey project zone.
The district covers 139 parcels spanning 188,982 square meters, with surveying costs of 37 million won ($27,000) to be funded entirely by the national government.
The project will proceed through individual parcel surveys, cadastral resurvey measurements, boundary adjustments and boundary agreements before final boundary confirmation, with completion targeted by 2027.
"Once boundaries are newly confirmed through the cadastral resurvey, it will be effective in resolving boundary disputes and conflicts involving buildings," a Seohaegu official said.
