293 parcels subject to review following splits, mergers and land-category changes
Guri is accepting public comments on the officially assessed land prices of 293 parcels that were subdivided, merged or reclassified during the first half of 2026. The review period runs from Tuesday through Sept. 22, based on valuations as of July 1, 2026.
Landowners and other interested parties can view the assessed prices in person at the Land Information Division of Guri City Hall or at their local administrative welfare center, or online through the government's real estate public price notification system.
The officially assessed land prices serve as the basis for calculating various taxes and levies, including national and local taxes.
Those who wish to contest an assessed price may submit a written opinion to the Land Information Division by visiting in person, sending a fax or mailing a registered letter before the deadline.
Submitted opinions will be reviewed by an appraisal firm and deliberated by Guri's Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee. The city will notify each applicant of the outcome individually before announcing the final assessed prices on Oct. 29.
