Berlin Mayor Karsten Wildberger visited the LG Electronics exhibition booth at IFA 2026, Europe's largest consumer electronics show, on Friday (local time).
IFA 2026 — the Berlin International Electronics Show — runs Friday through Tuesday in Berlin, Germany. This year's event, themed "The Future Is Now," will showcase next-generation technologies including AI, robotics and digital health.
Wildberger toured the LG Electronics booth alongside IFA CEO Ralf Lindner and other Berlin city officials, experiencing the company's expanded "AI Home" ecosystem firsthand. The group watched "LG AI Orchestra," a performance staged at the exhibition hall entrance under the direction of home robot LG Cloid, before exploring AI home appliances, an AI Home Hub and the AI Home platform.
LG Electronics is displaying more than 150 products at IFA 2026 — including home appliances and TVs — and is presenting its "Fit & Max" lineup tailored to the European market's emphasis on space and energy efficiency. The company also unveiled ThinQ Clo for the first time, an upgrade to its next-generation AI Home Hub "LG ThinQ On" that bolsters autonomous AI agent capabilities.
