KT Corp has unveiled a dedicated platform to help companies navigate AI transformation, or AX, by analyzing each business's work environment and AI adoption level to recommend tailored solutions and connect users with expert consultants.

The company said Thursday it has opened the KT AX Biz Portal, a one-stop platform where corporate customers can find the information and services they need to pursue AX adoption.

While many companies recognize the need for AX, they often struggle to determine which technologies and solutions to apply. KT designed the portal to let businesses move seamlessly from strategy planning and solution review to case-study research and expert consultation.

The portal offers a range of information tailored to a company's areas of interest, including industry-specific AX strategies and solutions, task-based solution guides and phased implementation strategies.

Corporate customers can explore AI technologies suited to the characteristics and work environments of their industries — manufacturing, finance, retail and others — and review real-world adoption cases to identify the most appropriate AX approach for their own organizations.

A standout feature is the AX Solution Consultant tool, which diagnoses a company's current AX status and recommends customized solutions through a simple question-and-answer process.

After answering six questions covering a company's data utilization level and demand for operational innovation, the tool delivers a research note outlining an AX roadmap and suitable solutions — spanning areas such as customer-center modernization, data utilization and AI service development — tailored to that company's environment.

The portal also maps out strategies by stage of AX adoption, providing the information and services a business needs at each step from initial exploration through pilot deployment, scale-up and optimization.

KT's major AX products and services are consolidated in one place as well. Users can find details on Token Factory, an integrated AI model platform; Agentic On, an enterprise AI agent platform; and NPU LLM Station, among others.

Through the portal, companies can comprehensively review the solutions needed across the entire AX journey — from strategy planning and infrastructure buildout to data utilization, AI agent deployment and operational management. Expert consultations linking KT with domestic and international technology partners are also available on request.

KT plans to develop the AX Biz Portal beyond a simple information hub into a full-service platform that supports companies through actual AI adoption and business expansion.

"Many companies recognize the need for AX but struggle with where to begin," said Park Sang-won, executive vice president and head of KT's AX Business Division. "The KT AX Biz Portal will go beyond being a place to gather information — it will serve as a digital consultant that makes it easy to find the AX strategy and solutions best suited to each company's own environment."

Meanwhile, KT has been expanding its enterprise AX business with the launch of Token Factory on Oct. 30, a service that delivers a range of AI models through a single platform. Token Factory provides integrated access to more than 500 domestic and international AI models and supports everything from model selection and usage tracking to cost management and payment. KT plans to gradually broaden the service's reach, starting with corporate customers.
