Gyeonggi small business agency launches real-time chat service

The Gyeonggi Center for Economic Promotion, known as Gyeongsangwon, announced Monday it has launched a real-time chat consultation service for customers.

The agency had previously guided customers through support projects via phone-based call center consultations. It added the chat service to go beyond its existing phone-centered system and improve customer satisfaction.

The real-time chat service operates on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Customers can access it by visiting the agency's official website and clicking the chat consultation button.

"The introduction of the real-time chat consultation service makes it easier and more convenient for Gyeonggi residents to inquire about support projects," said Kim Min-cheol, president of the agency.
