Seom Air, a regional carrier led by CEO Choi Yong-deok, is marking the 100th day of its scheduled Gimpo-Sacheon service Tuesday with a deep-discount promotion.
Through Sunday, the airline is offering half-price fares on all ticket classes purchased through its website and mobile app. Customers who enter the promotional code "SUM100" on the website can stack the discount on top of already-reduced fares, bringing savings of up to 75 percent off the standard price.
On Tuesday, the 100th day of service, the airline will hold a lucky-draw event for all passengers on every flight, with winners receiving a free round-trip ticket.
Seom Air launched the Gimpo-Sacheon route on March 30 with four daily round trips. Over the past 100 days, it has achieved an on-time performance rate of 95.85 percent and recorded 18 fully booked flights.
"We hope this promotion brings good news to those traveling between South Gyeongsang Province and the greater Seoul area for summer vacations, chuseok and other occasions from July through October," a company official said.
Full details are available through the Seom Air website and mobile app. Discounted tickets are available in limited quantities and may sell out early.
