Daegu Urban Development Corp. launches second Urban,Us customer panel

Daegu Urban Development Corp. held an inaugural ceremony Wednesday for the second cohort of its DUDC Urban,Us customer participation panel, an initiative aimed at citizen-centered management reform.

The name Urban,Us combines "urban" and "us," conveying the idea that citizens are the true owners of the urban development corporation.

The second cohort was assembled through open recruitment and comprises 15 members ranging from young adults to senior citizens. They will offer diverse perspectives on residential welfare and regional development projects across Daegu.

"Urban,Us is more than just a monitoring body — it is our most reliable partner in shaping the corporation's future together," said Jeong Myeong-seop, president of Daegu Urban Development Corp. "We will listen to citizens' voices from the earliest stages of development to bring about meaningful change and progress."
