Customer orders one pork cutlet, demands extra cutlet and 8 spoons — then threatens to cancel if doorbell rings

A customer who left an unreasonable list of demands in an online food delivery order's special-request field drew widespread criticism after threatening to cancel the order if the delivery rider rang the doorbell.

A photo of the order form was recently posted to the Instagram account of the online community "Bobaedream" under the caption "delivery request from a customer who ordered one pork cutlet."

The order form shows a customer who placed a single order of handmade jumbo pork cutlet for 12,500 won ($8) and filled the special-request field with: "Please give me one extra pork cutlet instead of side dishes. Please cut the pork cutlet into small pieces since I'm eating with my child. Please give me a lot of soup and rice. Please give me 8 spoons."

The delivery instructions also included: "My child is sleeping. Absolutely NO bell or knocking. If you ring it, I will cancel the order."

Online commenters reacted with frustration. "Does she not know she's being unreasonable?" one wrote, while another said, "She's eating with her child but telling them not to ring the bell because the child is asleep?" Others added: "Please just go to the supermarket and buy frozen pork cutlets," and "What's with asking for 8 spoons?" Some suggested she simply order an extra portion, and one commenter said she "should be reported for making threats."
