Ssangyong E&C announced Wednesday that it will open the model home for "Ssangyong The Platinum Seodaemun" in Seoul's Seodaemun-gu on Friday and launch pre-sales.
The complex, located in Hongeun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, comprises three buildings with four below-ground floors and 20 above-ground floors, totaling 177 units. Of these, 62 units with exclusive use areas of 59 and 84 square meters are available for general pre-sale — three units of the 59-square-meter Type A, 53 units of the 84-square-meter Type A and six units of the 84-square-meter Type B.
The complex's standout feature is its strong education environment. Nearby schools include Myeongji Elementary, Chungam Elementary and Hongyeon Elementary, as well as Myeongji Middle School, Yeonhui Middle School, Myeongji High School and Chungam High School. Myeongji University is also close by. With hagwon also accessible in the surrounding area, the complex is expected to appeal to homebuyers who prioritize their children's education.
The natural surroundings are another draw. Baengnyeonsan, Hongjecheon stream, Ansan and Ansan Urban Natural Park are all nearby, offering residents a range of leisure activities including walking and exercise. The pre-sale schedule began with the resident recruitment announcement on Aug. 14, followed by the model home opening on Friday, special supply on Monday, first-priority subscriptions on Tuesday, first-priority subscriptions for other regions on Wednesday and second-priority subscriptions on Thursday.
