Kwon Chang-young, special prosecutor of the Second Comprehensive Special Prosecutor team, briefed reporters on the final investigation results at the team's office in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province, on Monday morning. The team, which investigated allegations left unresolved after three earlier special prosecutor inquiries, concluded its 180-day investigation on Sunday. By the close of the investigation, the team had indicted a total of 58 people, including former President Yoon Suk Yeol and first lady Kim Keon Hee.
