Comedian Park Myung-soo says he has nowhere left to travel — work has already taken him everywhere

Comedian Park Myung-soo has spoken candidly about why he rarely travels on his own time.

On Tuesday's episode of KBS Cool FM's "Park Myung-soo's Radio Show," Park hosted the "Hair-Raising Quiz Show" segment alongside broadcaster Kim Tae-jin.

Park said he has little motivation to travel for leisure because work has already taken him everywhere. "I've traveled so much for broadcasts that there's nowhere left to go," he said. "I've never really gone on a trip just for fun. I just don't end up going."

Park, who recently filmed MBC Every1's "Great Guide 3," drew laughs when he described a grueling mountain climb. "I went to the Atlas Mountains — I don't want to talk about it," he said. "It's not a spoiler, but at first I was all excited heading up, and then about 30 minutes in, the cursing just starts flying."

In "Great Guide 3," Park takes on the summit of Toubkal — the highest peak in North Africa's Atlas Mountains, at 4,167 meters above sea level. The route is considered so demanding that even world-renowned explorer James Hooper has called it far from easy.
