Choi Hyeong-mun named 7th chief of Ulsan Nam-gu Urban Management Corporation

Ulsan's Nam-gu district appointed former Ulsan City Assembly member Choi Hyeong-mun as the seventh head of the Ulsan Nam-gu Urban Management Corporation, presenting him with his appointment certificate Monday. His three-year term runs through October 2029, and his inauguration was held Tuesday.

Choi brings extensive experience in local government and public administration, having served as a first- and second-term Nam-gu district council member, a first-term Ulsan City Assembly member, a secretary and aide at a National Assembly member's office, head of the Sky Park management division at the Ulsan Facilities Corporation, and secretary-general of the Ulsan Industrial Festival Organizing Committee.

Facing a challenging operating environment marked by aging facilities and rising costs, Choi said he plans to improve the quality of public service by enhancing organizational efficiency, strengthening staff expertise and capabilities, and bolstering fiscal soundness.
