Zeekr brings 7X pop-up to Gangdong-gu ahead of showroom opening

GK Mobility, Zeekr's official domestic dealer, is running a pop-up store in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to showcase the Zeekr 7X electric SUV. The event is designed to expand the brand's reach among customers in the eastern part of the greater Seoul area ahead of a permanent showroom opening planned for September.

GK Mobility announced Wednesday that the Zeekr 7X pop-up store will run for three days — Thursday through Saturday — at The River Mall in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

The event precedes the opening of the Zeekr Gangdong Space, scheduled for September. Visitors can examine the 7X's exterior and interior design and key specifications on site. Professional docents will walk visitors through the vehicle, and one-on-one consultations with sales consultants will be available for those wishing to place pre-orders.

Customers who pre-order the Zeekr 7X at the pop-up will be informed of limited-time option benefits. The first 20 customers to place pre-orders at The River Mall location will receive gift vouchers.

The Zeekr 7X is a premium electric SUV built on Zeekr's electrification technology. Its design was developed at Zeekr's design studio in Sweden, and the interior is conceived around the concept of "a space for comfort." In South Korea, the model is offered in three trims based on battery and drivetrain configuration: Pro (rear-wheel drive), Max (rear-wheel drive) and Ultra (all-wheel drive).

"The Gangdong pop-up store will give customers in the greater Seoul area a closer look at the Zeekr brand and the 7X," a GK Mobility official said. "We will continue to deliver the value of Zeekr's premium mobility through differentiated customer experiences and service."

GK Mobility is also moving quickly to expand its domestic sales and service network. In addition to the Zeekr Gangnam Center already in operation, the company plans to open a Gwangju house in early July and is preparing to launch the Gangdong and Dongdaemun spaces in the third quarter. Service operations will be anchored by centers in Gangnam Nonhyeon and Gwangju.
