Company participates as official SAP SuccessFactors partner
Unveils in-house 'pre-package' model to cut implementation time
Kolon Benit is accelerating its push into the human resources solution market with an in-house developed offering.
The company announced Monday that it participated as a sponsor at HR Connect Seoul 2026, held Thursday at L Tower in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
HR Connect Seoul 2026 is a specialized conference hosted by SAP Korea focused on SAP SuccessFactors, the company's cloud-based human capital management solution.
The event featured SAP strategy sessions, customer success case presentations and a partner solution showcase, drawing about 250 corporate executives and officials. Discussions covered SAP SuccessFactors strategy, AI-driven HR innovation cases and partner solutions.
Kolon Benit set up a dedicated booth to introduce SAP SuccessFactors technology and consult with prospective customers. Choi Ha-neul, a senior manager at Kolon Benit, also took the stage as a presenter, speaking on the topic "SAP SuccessFactors Pre-Package: A Fast Start for HR Innovation."
The "pre-package" model Kolon Benit presented standardizes core SAP SuccessFactors functions — including personnel management and performance evaluation — into a ready-to-deploy format.
Using standardized templates, the company said implementation time can be cut to within roughly three months, with additional features added incrementally to suit each organization's needs. Traditional enterprise-wide system deployments have typically required lengthy requirements analysis and design phases.
In addition, Kolon Benit plans to expand its relationships with companies considering HR system adoption to broaden its business reach.
"Kolon Benit has continuously refined its in-house pre-package so that companies considering SAP SuccessFactors can build the optimal system for their own circumstances," said Chung Ju-yung, executive director at Kolon Benit. "We will use this event as a springboard to widen our customer touchpoints and further accelerate our push into the cloud-based HR innovation solution market."
