Aug. 1–30, covering English, Chinese and Japanese
Ulsan is recruiting 10 real estate agencies capable of providing brokerage services in English, Chinese and Japanese to better serve foreign residents in property transactions.
Eligible applicants must be licensed real estate brokers who have operated in Ulsan for at least one year and have not received any administrative sanctions under the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act within the past two years. Applications will be accepted from Tuesday through Sept. 30 at the Ulsan city land information division or the land information division of each district or county office, and may also be submitted by email at yowatu37@korea.kr or by post.
Agencies selected through the review process will receive a certificate of designation and a signboard bearing the official designation logo.
Ulsan currently has 28 designated global real estate agencies — 19 offering English services, two offering Chinese and seven offering Japanese.
A city official encouraged licensed brokers with foreign-language proficiency and expertise to apply, saying the program aims to make property transactions more convenient for foreign residents.
